My longtime favourite brown seeded loaf with a recent glow-up. The 30% wholemeal addition is now made up of diverse range of grains including wheat, rye, spelt, barley and einkorn.

Pumpkin seeds have also now joined alongside sunflower seeds, millet seeds, barley flakes, wheat flakes and rolled oats.
