Light brown sourdough with a diverse flour bill including around 30% wholemeal wheat, rye, spelt, einkorn and barley.

Packed with seeds including pumpkin, sunflower, millet, poppy and linseed, plus whole grains including barley flakes, malted wheat flakes, malted rye and rolled oats.

All products contain GLUTEN.

Due to precautionary allergen labelling (PAL i.e. 'may contain') present on some ingredients, I cannot rule out presence of the following:

Milk, eggs, nuts (including peanuts), sesame, mustard, celery, soya

However, the only direct allergens I handle onsite are GLUTEN, and in some cases SOYA.

All products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Wheat flour used is predominantly organic, however some products may use up 20% non-organic flour; still very good flour from the same supplier, just needed for higher strength.

Oil (grapeseed, rapeseed) are used in the process but are not ingredients of the dough.

Seeds may be present in all products due to shared equipment and work surfaces with seeded recipes including sunflower, millet, pumpkin, linseed and poppy seeds.
