Savoury sourdough swirl filled with vegan 'cheese', onion, garlic, herbs and nutritional yeast (this is an inactive yeast for flavouring and is not a raising agent; that's still all sourdough). Topped with a little paprika and olive oil drizzle.

The dough is enriched with maple syrup and olive oil to balance the rich caramelised onions throughout.
