All products contain GLUTEN.

All products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Wheat flour used is predominantly organic, however some products may use up 20% non-organic flour; still very good flour from the same supplier, just needed for higher strength.

All available products contain; water, WHEAT flour (white [1], wholemeal, semolina), organic wholemeal RYE flour, organic rice flour, sea salt [7], yeast (naturally occurring in sourdough)

Oil (grapeseed, rapeseed) are used in the process but are not ingredients of the dough.

Toastie Loaf and Soft Rolls also contain; plant-based OAT drink [2], plant-based spread [3] and unrefined sugar.

Seeded Loaf also contains; malted WHEAT flakes, organic sunflower seeds, BARLEY flakes, organic millet seeds, organic jumbo OATS.

Jalapeño & 'Cheese' Loaf also contains; jalapeño peppers [4], vegan 'cheese' alternative [5], nutritional yeast [6], unrefined sugar.

Cinnamon Rolls also contain; plant-based OAT drink [2], plant-based spread [3], unrefined sugar (golden, brown, icing) and ground cinnamon [7].

Cherry/Blueberry buns also contain: organic SPELT flour, plant-based OAT drink [2], plant-based spread [3], unrefined sugar, organic vanilla extract [Water, Organic Alcohol, Organic Bourbon Vanilla Pods], malic acid, cherries or blueberries

* Although this contradicts the vegan ethos of my business, I am confident that this is not truly present in the ingredient. When existing stock is finished, I will re-source ingredients without these unwanted PAL allergen notes.
