Slightly smaller and cheaper each than my usual cinnamon buns, to be able to bake two in a ready-to-deliver tray.

Sourdough enriched with vegan butter, cardamom-infused oat milk and unrefined sugar, layered with cinnamon sugar filling and knotted or rolled into a beautifully baked bun.

Finished with a glaze or icing. From time to time I may experiment with different flavour toppings or fillings, such as vegan custard or cream 'cheese' flavours. In doing so, the allergen SOYA may also be present.
